Automotive EMC testing system solutions
JS Toyo will showcase its comprehensive automotive EMC platform upgrade, which covers all major CISPR and ISO standards for automotive components and complete vehicles. The system integrates testing capabilities for RI, BCI, TWC, stripline, TEM cell, low-frequency magnetic field and handheld transmitter methods, while also supporting high-field-strength radar testing, new-energy vehicle transient immunity and harmonics testing.
The company will also exhibit its millimeter-wave radar spurious emissions test solution. Designed for advanced automotive radar validation, the system supports frequencies from 40GHz to 330GHz and features fully automated RF signal path switching, automatic polarization switching, a laser-guided positioning turntable and high-precision spurious emissions measurements for automotive radar systems.
Also on display will be JS Toyo’s dedicated new-energy vehicle (NEV) testing solutions. These high-voltage electrical performance test systems are compatible with leading automotive OEM standards. They offer high-capacity power supply and integrated load-dump testing capabilities, electric drive dynamometers upgradeable from single-axis to dual-axis configurations, and simultaneous loading of dual half-shafts for enhanced e-drive testing efficiency.
High-power RF amplifier solutions will also be on the booth, featuring 10kW solid-state Class A RF amplifiers offering easy maintenance, fault-tolerant architecture and reliable operation in high-power radiated immunity testing applications.
The company’s next-generation core test components include laser-powered electric field probes with ultra-wide frequency coverage from 9kHz to 26.5GHz and high field-strength capability, high-voltage resistance and ultra-fast sampling rates; upgraded broadband power meters supporting frequencies up to 26.5GHz; and multichannel power probes with fiber-optic connectivity for improved measurement performance.
JS Toyo’s proprietary software and complete EMC ecosystem includes proprietary JSDEMC testing software with independent intellectual property rights, compatible with instruments from multiple leading manufacturers. The comprehensive supporting tools, include fiber-optic CAN/LIN vehicle communication interfaces, PCB near-field probing solutions and EMC troubleshooting and mitigation toolkits.
Also on display will be the company’s new RF front-end product portfolio, including full-band low-noise preamplifiers, programmable RF switch matrices covering DC to 18GHz. They offer low insertion loss and high isolation performance and are ideal for integrated EMC test systems, equipment racks and high-power RF expansion applications.
