The company's sensor range is supported by its in-house manufacturing facility, enabling independent design and production. Products include microphone kits with a noise floor as low as 6.5dBA, IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof accelerometers, magnetoelectric speed sensors and probe-type accelerometers. 

Its hardware platform features modular dynamic signal acquisition cards supporting multichannel synchronous data acquisition and cross-chassis synchronization for flexible, scalable testing. 

The software portfolio includes solutions for automated sound and vibration testing, motor NVH end-of-line (EOL) testing, VQB noise playback and recording, sound power measurement and in-vehicle A2B amplifier testing. 

MegaSig will also present its NVH testing systems, powered by the proprietary P-Hunting AI algorithm.
