Core breakthroughs in next-gen HV EPT systems
Shanghai Lioncel’s complete test system consists of four core components: a DC high-voltage source, a high-power closed-loop sampling ripple generator, a 10Hz to 200kHz wideband coupling transformer and a high-voltage artificial network. Together with the integrated control software, signal acquisition unit and industrial ethernet communication module, it forms a fully automated test system.
The hardware architecture, electrical parameters, impedance characteristics and test conditions are fully compliant with ISO 16750-2, ISO 21498-2 and VW 80300. The system supports complete electrical performance testing in accordance with national and international standards and OEM-specific requirements.
Featuring 10kW high-power, closed-loop sampling, and FFT spectrum processing, the system delivers high-precision waveform reproduction and strong load adaptability, enabling simulation of complex ripple and harmonic disturbances.
With flat amplitude-frequency characteristics and low attenuation across the full 10Hz to 200kHz frequency range, the system meets the requirements for full-band transient, ripple and conducted coupling tests.
The high-voltage artificial network integrates temperature and current sampling, plus ethernet communication, enabling synchronized acquisition of power supply output, ripple injection, operating parameters and ambient temperature – all managed through a unified host computer interface.
The system supports low-voltage electronic control testing for conventional vehicles and high-voltage component testing for new-energy vehicles, including OBC, DC-DC converters and motor controllers. One system covers the full range of automotive electronic/electrical performance validation.
