Current-measurement solutions for core components of new-energy vehicles
In the research, development and manufacturing of new-energy vehicles (EVs), performance parameters of the powertrain (including batteries, motors and inverters) directly determine vehicle mileage, power response and safety. The accuracy and bandwidth of current measurement significantly influence the ultimate reliability of the testing system.
The AIT series high-precision current transducers from Hangzhi use enhanced magnetic flux gate technologies, delivering an accuracy of 0.001% (10ppm), linearity of 2ppm, bandwidth up to 500kHz and response time as low as 1μs, fully meeting the stringent high-precision dynamic measuring requirements of EV inverters, battery charging/ discharging systems and motor driving systems. The solution supports high-speed synchronous AC-DC measurement, enabling precise capture of high-frequency dynamic current signals and significantly improving the overall accuracy of measuring equipment to 0.01%.
