Dual control in one machine
The VL-8050DOF Dual-Mode Multi-Exciter Hydraulic Servo Controller innovatively integrates vibration control and motion DOF control within a single framework. It supports MIMO random control with multiple degrees of freedom, as well as various control modes such as sine, shock, TWR and ITWR (iterative time waveform replication).
This controller incorporates inverse kinematics and Jacobian matrix motion control technologies, making it widely applicable to six-degrees-of-freedom parallel platforms, robots and other multi-axis motion systems. Furthermore, its frequency response compensation and singular value decomposition (SVD)-based pseudo-inverse method enable precise MIMO vibration control for multi-axis systems such as electrodynamic shakers.
For the first time, the VL-8050DOF achieves unified integration of two control algorithms: both motion DOF control and vibration-response control can generate actuator space reference signals, which are uniformly executed by a common low-level hydraulic servo controller.
