Early fault diagnosis and range-extender NVH end-of-line testing systems
CMDS (Condition Monitoring & Diagnosis System) is Binsheng Technology’s self-developed condition monitoring and early fault diagnosis system for laboratory environments. It supports a wide range of test subjects including engines, range extenders, e-drive assemblies, reducers, gearboxes and bearings. With high-precision multichannel synchronous data acquisition and self-learning algorithms, the system can precisely detect anomalous vibration signals at the one-thousandth level during the earliest stages of fault development, enabling a fundamental shift from reactive repair to proactive early warning.
At the expo, Binsheng Technology will officially launch the all-new AI-powered intelligent diagnosis features for CMDS. This marks the first time in China’s reliability testing sector that a professional knowledge base has been deeply integrated with an AI large model, achieving a transformative leap from data monitoring to intelligent diagnosis.
The company will also showcase its self-developed end-of-line (EOL) testing system. With the rapid growth of the range-extended electric vehicle market, the range extender – the ‘power-generation heart’ – directly affects vehicle quality perception and user experience through its NVH performance. Traditional manual auditory inspection suffers from high subjectivity, poor consistency and low efficiency, and can no longer meet increasingly stringent mass-production quality requirements.
Binsheng Technology’s system is deeply integrated into China’s domestic powertrain R&D and production systems, providing a complete solution for range-extender NVH testing from hardware integration to software algorithms. It supports full-scenario NVH quality assessment across multiple operating conditions including cold start, idle, engine-off and high load, combining traditional diagnostic methods with AI detection algorithms to automatically identify noise, vibration and sound quality defects.
