3CTest's newly launched electric vehicle ripple immunity test system fully supports standards such as ISO 21498-2, ISO/TS 7637-4 and VW 80300. It adopts high-precision voltage/current dual closed-loop control technology, capable of outputting ripple signals from 10Hz to 300kHz, with a maximum voltage of 160Vpp and a maximum current of 200A. It accurately simulates high-voltage bus ripple under various operating conditions, including inverter switching, OBC charging, DC-DC conversion and load fluctuation.  

Through closed-loop control and sweep frequency testing, the system comprehensively verifies the immunity performance of components under different ripple environments, effectively avoiding issues such as signal interference, control logic disorder and functional failure. Equipped with Autolab professional test software, it enables one‑key parameter configuration, data acquisition and report output. The system is suitable for the entire R&D and certification process of vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers, improving test efficiency and product reliability.
