Stropower has launched its new-generation full-scenario test solution for vehicle high-voltage electrical and electronic (HVEE) systems, fully compliant with major standards including ISO 21498 and VW80300. Equipped with self-developed ripple, pulse and load dump hardware, the solution accurately recreates real-world operating conditions for ripple injection and immunity, voltage offset, resonance and fault injection tests. It enables multiphysics coupled simulation and vehicle-level root-cause diagnosis, efficiently detecting typical safety hazards such as high-voltage system crosstalk, capacitor failure and relay breakdown, and delivering remarkable improvements in test efficiency and result reliability.
