As the number of channels in automotive NVH testing continues to increase, traditional point-to-point cabling becomes inefficient and difficult to manage. SAB's NVH junction boxes use a structured multicore cable architecture and are available in two versions. The coaxial version is designed for microphones and IEPE single-axis sensors, providing low-noise signal transmission. The triaxial version is specifically developed for high-density triaxial sensor applications, using a single central cable to connect multiple sensors, thus significantly simplifying cabling. The solution is suitable for road testing, R&D test benches, laboratories and system integration. By providing clear signal routing and simplified operation, it enables engineers to focus on vehicle NVH characteristics rather than cable management.
