John has been the director of business development in China for Intrepid Controls Systems since 2015. Prior to this, he worked in powertrain systems development at three US OEMs over a 19-year period. Throughout John’s career in powertrain systems, he has done extensive work developing powertrain controls systems for engine, transmission and hybrid applications. John’s role at Intrepid is to help build the company's business in China by developing content in its vehicle network tools that meet Chinese customers' needs. John holds a BSc in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MSc from Oakland.
