The reliability testing of new energy vehicle components is underpinned by three core pillars: working condition simulation, failure analysis and life prediction. By reproducing multidimensional composite stress, accurately identifying failure mechanisms and quantitatively evaluating durability life, it strictly benchmarks domestic and international standards including AEC, AQG, GB/T and ISO/IEC, so as to build a full-chain reliability testing and certification system.
