The reliability testing of new energy vehicle components is underpinned by three core pillars: working condition simulation, failure analysis, and life prediction. By reproducing multi-dimensional composite stress, accurately identifying failure mechanisms, and quantitatively evaluating durability life, it strictly benchmarks domestic and international standards including AEC, AQG, GB/T, and ISO/IEC, so as to build a full-chain reliability testing and certification system.
