This year, for Crash Simulation, ENCOPIM presents highly versatile and accurate hydro-pneumatic actuation systems (ALIS, SCAT and HyperG) to not only test seats, seat belts, child restraints, batteries, etc., but also to an application on Low Constant Velocity tests and CNCAP’s AEB simulation tests.

Thanks to the unique and highly advanced control technology, ENCOPIM Crash Simulation systems can reproduce pulses combining both low constant velocity and a smooth transition from low Gs to high Gs, which perfectly matches the technical requirements of CNCAP’s AEB simulation testing. Another revolutionary state-of-the-art test equipment is the Active Pitching or Rolling Motion Simulation (APRS) system, which works in conjunction with inverse acceleration crash simulation catapults, to simulate the multi-DOF motions of a car during crash accidents.
