MESSRING introduces an addition to its dummy product range, aimed at enhancing the realism and efficiency of ADAS, CAV system testing.

The Euro NCAP Bicycle Target Adult (EBTa) replicates a cycling adult with lifelike leg motion and rotating wheels, delivering a realistic micro-Doppler radar signature crucial for the detection of sensor systems. Stable at speeds up to 25 km/h, the EBTa ensures repeatable test results and meets ISO 19206-4 standard and Euro NCAP protocols. Its modular design enables quick reassembly and compatibility with standard target carriers, minimizing downtime on the proving ground.

Also unveiled is the CPD Dummy family, developed for validating child presence detection systems. They simulate the body shape and breathing motion of a young children, offering an adjustable respiration rate in line with Euro NCAP definitions. Designed for flexibility and cost-efficiency, the dummies operate via a shared control box and intuitive web app, allowing for portable, fast setup and replicating real-world radar signature.
