What kind of EOL testing system is needed for SDV?

EOL testing is an important step in vehicle production and manufacturing to ensure that the software version of the ECU is correct before leaving the factory, DTC reading, functional check, and is the parameter configuration consistent with the design requirements? There are new requirements for the EOL system especially for SDV.

The EOL system of WINDHILL Technology is based on the OTX international standard which formulate to automotive industry, can be used for creating the sequence of flashing, calibration, testing and diagnosis. System can run on different platforms, and support different kinds of protocols like DoIP/DoCAN/J1939 and so on, expansion of private protocol is also supported, and easy to maintain.

The testing system can integrate barcode scanner, label printer, programmable power supply, UPS and so on. The software can be integrated with the MES system, upload and store data, generate testing report.
